Switch your supply lines to Canada.
Remplacez vos intrants américains. Ligne par ligne. We take your purchase list — every US-sourced ingredient, film, jar and box — and map it, line by line, to vetted Canadian alternatives: priced, verified, with MOQs, lead times and the evidence behind every claim. You get a report you can hand to your bookkeeper and start ordering from Monday.

Sample order. Supplier names are fictional — the math is exactly how your real report works: unit prices, MOQs, lead times and one honest line where Canada costs a little more but ships three weeks faster.
That felt good, eh? Now do it with a real purchase order — yours.
Canadianize my orderOne report. Every line accounted for.
Un rapport. Chaque ligne justifiée.The Canadianization Report is built from your actual purchase list — not a generic directory dump. Three things make it worth paying for:
Two picks, labelled honestly
A quality pick and a value pick for every input, each tagged with what "Canadian" actually means for that product:
- Product of Canada — grown & made here
- Made in Canada — transformed here
- Canadian-owned distributor
Numbers you can act on
Real quotes and published prices — not guesses — converted to CAD, delivered-to-you, with the date we verified each one.
- Unit price, MOQ, lead time
- Annualized savings at your volumes
- Tariff exposure removed
Evidence, attached
Every claim links to its source — a supplier quote, a published price, a government record. Where no Canadian option exists yet, the report says so plainly.
- Source and date on every fact
- Honest gaps flagged, not hidden
- Warm introductions on request
Seven stops. About one hour of your time.
Sept étapes. Environ une heure de votre temps. Most of this journey happens at our desk, not yours. You send the paperwork once and confirm the list once. Everything between those two sittings is ours.
You set the lens
For each line, one question: is this a Signature input your customers can taste, feel or see — match the spec exactly, quality leads? Or a Workhorse that just has to meet the standard, where the sharpest price wins?
- Neither answer means accepting less
- Smart buying on workhorses funds the signatures
We shop Canada
We request quotes from Canadian vendors for every confirmed line, shopped exactly the way you flagged it, and handle the follow-ups. Where two close brands both fit, you see both — we don't pick for you.
- Quality pick and value pick, side by side
- No paid placement, ever
Three routes, always labelled
Every number arrives by one of three routes, and the report says which one it took: a firm quote the vendor gave us, a benchmark estimate referenced from a recent quote we hold, or a warm handoff we write for you to send.
- Firm quotes are firm; estimates say so
- You always know what you're looking at
Flat, never hourly.
Tarifs forfaitaires. Jamais à l'heure. All prices CAD, plus HST. You get the fee before we start, and any line beyond your tier's allowance is quoted before Stop 05 begins — never a surprise on the invoice.

The savings guarantee
If a Core or Full Plant report doesn't identify annualized savings and/or removed tariff exposure at least equal to the fee you paid, ask for a full refund within 30 days. Simple as that. The typical report identifies $31,400/yr in net savings against a $2,950 fee — about 9% of first-year value. (The Snapshot tier is excluded.)
Standard terms: 50% deposit at kickoff, balance on delivery; Founding Ten engagements pay a flat $500 deposit. The 10-business-day clock starts when you complete Stop 04 (confirmed list + lens). Founding pricing is an exchange, not just a discount — participating clients agree to a case study & testimonial (anonymized on request), one reference call, and a 30-minute feedback session. Quotes obtained belong to the vendors that issued them; the guarantee covers identification of savings, not vendor performance.
Every switch is worth more than the sticker price.
Tariffs made US inputs unpredictable. Customers read labels. And governments are paying Canadian manufacturers to re-shore their supply lines — if you can show them a plan. The report is that plan.
Built for plants, not portfolios
We work with Canadian small and mid-size manufacturers — starting with food & beverage in Ontario, where we know the inputs, the distributors and the inspection realities. Bakeries, snack plants, sauce makers, co-packers: 5 to 500 employees, buying real things in real volumes.
F&B first · more sectors nextWhat we won't do
We won't call something Canadian without evidence. We won't hide it when the honest answer is "no Canadian option exists yet — here's the closest thing." And suppliers can't pay us to rank higher. The report works because you can trust every line of it.
No paid placementBring an invoice.
Leave with a plan.
Apportez une facture. Repartez avec un plan.
Book a 15-minute intro — video, or in person anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area. We'll size up your list, flag the easy switches on the spot, and quote your report before you commit to anything. After that it's about an hour of your time, spread over two sittings.
