The process · from your purchase orders to a Canadian supply line

Seven stops. About one hour of your time.

Sept étapes. Environ une heure de votre temps.

Most of this journey happens at our desk, not yours. Here's the whole route — what we send you, what you confirm, and exactly how Canadian quotes end up in your report.

Every stop below sits on one of two desks. When it's on ours, you do nothing. When it's on yours, we've already done the heavy lifting — you review and decide.

Our desk

We open your file

Once you sign, we set up a confidential folder for your business and send you a secure upload link with a one-page checklist of the papers we need. There are no forms to fill in. Your own invoices tell us who you buy from far more accurately than any list we could guess at.

Specimen · what to send
  • ✓Supplier invoices from the past 12 months
  • ✓Purchase orders for the same period
  • ✓Card statements for anything bought online
  • ✓Service and maintenance contracts
  • +Anything else that shows who you buy from

Stop 02
Your desk ≈ 20 min

Send us the paperwork. That's your part done.

Upload your supplier invoices and purchase orders from the past 12 months and stop there. We pull every item, vendor, quantity and price out of the documents ourselves, so there is nothing to type up or fill in.

We build your purchase profile

We read every invoice and purchase order you sent and compile one clean picture: every item, its current vendor, and what you buy in a year. This becomes the master list everything else runs on.

Confirm the list — and set the lens

You confirm each line is right. Then, for each item, one question: which lens should we shop with? Try it — these buttons work:

Live specimen · try the lens
Belgian-style chocolate couverture Noted
Nitrile gloves · blue, size M Noted

Neither answer means accepting less. It tells us where your customers can tell the difference — so we match those lines like-for-like with no compromises, and hunt hardest for value where they can't. Smart buying on the workhorses is what funds the signatures.

We shop Canada — through your lens

Our team requests quotes from Canadian vendors for every confirmed line, shopping each one exactly the way you flagged it. And when two close brands both fit, we don't pick for you — you'll see both, side by side.

Specimen · two options, one line
Option A · quality pick Cartier Label & Film — Laval, QC CAD 42.75 / roll · MOQ 48
Option B · value pick Huron Label Co. — London, ON CAD 39.10 / roll · MOQ 96

How a quote lands in your report

Trois chemins, toujours étiquetés

Canada's supplier landscape is wide, and inboxes move at different speeds. So every number in your report arrives by one of three routes — and each one is labelled with exactly which route it took, so you always know what you're looking at.

Firm quote

The vendor quoted us

We requested it, the Canadian vendor answered: unit price, MOQ, lead time, dated. Most lines in your report land here — and because we sent the request, we also handle the follow-ups, the clarifications and the reply, so nothing stalls in anyone's inbox.

Requested by us · answered to us · dated

Benchmark estimate

Referenced from a live quote

Rather than hold your report hostage to the slowest inbox, where we already hold a recent quote for the same product at a similar volume, we reference it. It's a strong estimate — not a contract price — and the report says so plainly, with the source and date beside it.

Same product · similar quantity · clearly marked estimate

Warm handoff

Your signature opens the door

Some vendors simply move fastest for the buying company itself. When one hasn't answered us, we draft the exact email — specs, quantities, questions — ready for you to send from your own address. The reply routes back through us, so the numbers still flow into your report.

We write it · you press send · we process the answer

Said plainly We reach the vendors that matter for your list — not every vendor in the country. Firm quotes are firm; estimates are estimates; and a handful of lines may end with you pressing send on an email we've already written. You'll always know which is which.
